To
maximize the production of high-speed cards without
compromising the desired quality is a challenging task
to the spinners.
Pre
opening of the fibre tufs is one of the vital operations
to achive better Carding performance, and this is primarly
carried out by the stationary flats above lickerin.
The rigid metallic clothing of the stationary tops and
its unique design has better capacity to break open
the fibre tufs and to facilitate revolving flat tops
for finer individualization and nep removal.
The stationary flats above lickerin incorporated in
high production cards can be further upgraded to improve
the production rate and quality. Lakshmi Card Clothing
introduces the new C-FACTOR CARDING SYSTEM that replaces
the original stationary flats above lickerin and maximizes
the benefits of high production cards.
C-FACTOR CARDING SYSTEM arrangement perfectly combines
the function of opening and cleaning in succession which
enhances the quality of sliver and reduces the strain
on the card clothing extending its life. |
